So far in the book I am reading called "tweaked" I have been introduced to two of the most important characters Chase, and Gordie. The two of them are brothers, not to mention close brothers. Well they were, at least till Chase started to ruin his and his family's lives. Before the nightmare started, Chase was a well behaved normal child, he was creative too. In fact when he was twelve he built a tepee in the ravine behind their house. Not to long after that things started getting out of control, Chase got arrested for aggravated assault. His issues all ended up surrounding one fact... Chase is a serious crystal methamphetamine user who has no respect for himself and other people, who sells his family's things to help support his drug habits, who doesn't care about getting in trouble, and who doesn't care about his life at all anymore. Through out the book Gordie is trying to figure out more about Chase's private life when he gets into some trouble himself along the way. Gordie demands on changing Chase but he fears it might be impossible.

What kind of things would come to your head if you found out that one of your close family members started doing life threatening drugs?

  1. I think i would be very upset with what the person chose to do and would try to get them help.

  2. If a family member of fine started doing life threatening drugs I would go and get them help. I wouldn't want to sit back and watch them harm themselves to the point where it could kill them I would feel guilty because I know in mt heart that the person mean a lot to me and I couldn't just not say anything or not help them get better. I would find out what the problem is for them to be doing drugs and I would go from there.

  3. If someone in my family started doing life threatening drugs, I would first try and talk to them to see why they were doing them. In doing this I would hope that I could solve the problem. If not I would try to get them to see someone for professional help.

  4. If I found out that one of my close family members started to do life threatening drugs I would be very disappointed at them but I would still try to help them out as much as I could. I wouldn't want something terrible happening to them and then have myself regret it and blame it on myself because I sat back and watched instead of helping. I would help them through it every step of the way and try my best to help them put a stop to the drugs they were consuming.

  5. If one of my family members started doing drugs I would talk to him or her at first and try to understand why did he or she chose that life, and if I couldn't help directly I would get help indirectly, I would try to take that person to a professional doctor to help that person.
